Fantasy
A prophecy only matters when it starts changing how people behave.
If everyone treats it like a decorative warning label, it’s just atmosphere with better fonts. The interesting bit is when the words begin to narrow the room around the characters. They hedge, they panic, they try to outwit the sentence already written for them, and suddenly the real question is whether destiny exists at all, or whether people are just making very expensive choices under pressure.
That’s usually where the story gets its teeth.
