The Borrowed Room
When a practical Swansea librarian inherits a cramped upstairs room above a seaside bookshop, she expects damp walls, awkward paperwork and a fight over the lease. Instead she finds herself sharing the space with the shop's infuriatingly capable owner, who is trying to save the business before the building is sold. What starts as a logistical headache turns into a slow-burn romance built around books, stubbornness and two people who would rather negotiate anything except their feelings.
