Seventeen-year-old Niamh Byrne is spending the summer working late shifts in a failing Dublin cinema while her older brother’s disappearance keeps pulling the family into silence. When she finds a box of undelivered letters hidden in the projection booth, she starts tracing the lives of strangers who seem to know more about her brother than they should. The answers she uncovers are less tidy than she wants, and more damaging than anyone in her family is ready to admit.
