The House of Borrowed Weather
After a coastal town begins receiving weather that does not belong to it, a map archivist is drawn into the work of tracing where each storm has come from and who is quietly taking the blame for the wrong skies. As the borrowed weather grows stranger, she starts to suspect the town’s calm has always depended on someone else carrying the damage. The novel follows a woman trying to decide whether keeping a place intact is the same thing as telling the truth about it.
