When a small-time debt collector is found dead in a boarded-up terrace on Kirkstall Road, his widow is pulled into a chain of lies that reaches from a local garage forecourt to a quiet residential street with too much to hide. As she starts asking the wrong questions, she realises the dead man was only the first person keeping secrets.
