Mara O'Connell is a freelance copyeditor in Kilkenny who is happiest when a manuscript is behaving itself. When she is hired to help rescue a chaotic local publisher's flagship romance line, she finds herself working closely with the one person who keeps upsetting her tidy plans: the publisher's reluctant heir, who would rather redesign the business than inherit it.
