The Winter Letter
Set in late Victorian Aberdeen, The Winter Letter follows a widowed bookseller who agrees to help sort a deceased patron’s private correspondence and finds one letter that was never meant to be read. The trail leads her into the life of a reserved shipwright’s son who has spent years avoiding his family’s expectations, and both of them discover that some truths arrive too late to be convenient.
