First draft
On the edge of a collapsing Welsh harbour town, a woman returns to clear out her late mother's house and finds the rooms have begun keeping things that were never left there. The place is tied to a local superstition about tide-marked doors, and every attempt to sort the dead woman's belongings seems to wake something that has been waiting patiently in the walls. As the town's shoreline erodes, so does the boundary between memory, grief and whatever has been invited in.
