In a near-future Scotland where weather forecasts have become legally binding, a mapmaker in Stirling discovers that someone is editing the climate records to erase entire neighbourhoods from public memory. As she traces the changes, she begins to suspect her own family history has been revised too. The book follows her attempt to prove what was there before the city forgets it for good.
