The Last Train to Ferryhill

When a meticulous self-published romance editor returns to Aberdeen to help clear out her late aunt’s flat, she discovers that the building’s stubbornly charming neighbour is also the man she once nearly kissed and then spent ten years pretending not to think about. A mix-up over the flat, a community noticeboard campaign, and one very inconvenient stretch of winter weather keep throwing them together. What starts as practical cooperation turns into a slow, awkward reckoning with the life she left and the one she might actually want.
