The Salt Library
In a rain-battered coastal town, seventeen-year-old Mara Vale discovers a hidden library where books are preserved in salt and each one contains a memory taken from someone in the town. When the library begins losing pages, Mara has to work out who is stealing memories and why the oldest missing memory seems to belong to her family. The deeper she goes, the less certain she becomes about what should be remembered, and what should be left to fade.
