About the book
About Whistleblower? A Mike Raleigh, P. I. Thriller
In Whistleblower? - formerly titled Disappearing the Messenger - private investigator Mike Raleigh takes on a whistleblower as a client. Or does he? Amanda Clegge seems an ideal customer - she claims to be the former treasurer of a big company that has been running a worldwide scam peddling phony drugs worth billions to a pandemic-shocked world. To top off the case, she comes up with a retainer in five figures. But Mike and his best pal, lawyer Reginald Browne, can't find any record of Amanda ever working at the company. Has the client been disappeared by a clever bunch of international crooks or is she a highly questionable whistleblower? Is she the fraud?
