Notorious Miami serial killer Blake Spencer is transferred to Okeechobee County Corrections, the prison where Ken Woods is the warden. With the Miami Mauler in his prison, Ken sees an opportunity. Provoked by his best friend, Surgeon Barry Levy, Ken wonders if he can’t just take what he needs.
