Millions are dead due to civil unrest, and a mass migration of people from large cities to smaller towns has shifted the center of power in every country in the world. At what seemed to be the end of their short, sharp, and devastating terror campaign, the terrorists gave the world hope-in the form of new generationally advanced renewable energy systems. But at a price. The new world is not unlike that of a refugee camp-food and water are scarce, neighbor fights neighbor, and the weak are preyed on by the strong.
