No matter how much technology they had, none of them could see it coming. When the earthquake struck the small town of Altoona, lives were lost. The problem is, the town was lost too. Whenever rescue had arrived there was nothing to rescue, only dirt, dust, and an ominous crack ground. The story will show the disillusionment of the now only fifty members of the town in their struggle to survive 10 miles deep in the earth.
