Two weeks before Mardi Gras, a party boat full of revelers blows up in the middle of Lake Pontchartrain. It’s the worst disaster to hit New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina. Was this a horrific but isolated accident, or was it the opening salvo of a series of planned terrorist attacks that are designed to flood and cripple the city? Genny is brought in by Pelican Oil and Gas-- the company that had hired the party boat-- to find out.
