About The Family Cleaner

Sociopath or revenge seeker? A life of suffering and abuse shaped David Carter as a child. Two tours of Afghanistan honed him into a cold-blooded killer. Following his discharge from the Army, David re-starts his life, establishing a thriving drug operation on Victoria's Bellarine Peninsula. What does he do when challenged by rival drug operatives? He coldly eliminates them as he did the Taliban. His relatives vanish. Three at first, then another and then another. The Police come asking questions and David is evasive. With a lucky break in the investigation and newfound knowledge of David's childhood abuse, he becomes the main suspect. As suspicion mounts, he flees Australia but returns to clean up a loose end. This decision proves to be fateful. Injured and desperate he is pursued across Australia. The Family Cleaner is an exhilarating and evocative tale of revenge.
