All efforts to locate other intelligent life have been a failure and the human race is drifting into a jaded stupor. Then on the edge of a far flung galaxy a mining ship makes a cosmic discovery. We are not alone. There are others out there in the vast darkness, and they are a diabolical race of killers hell bent on wiping out all competing species.
