About The Darkest Side of a Star

In a world ruled by element-controlling Imperium, a revolution sparks. Peace has reigned over the kingdom of Erea for almost a millennium-the perfect breeding ground for chaos. Ilise Obrien is a Primis, one who always wants the best for the people she loves, even at her own expense. When The Progression murders Ilise's family and destroys her village, she joins a rebel group known as the Primis Defense Union working as a spy to get her revenge. Princess Yorena Schaefer is the next in line to the Erean throne. However, there is one thing threatening to take that away-Heircestrial is about to commence, a competition in order to determine who will become the next heir. No provinces have put forth a nominee in almost a millennium, until now. Through circumstances beyond their control, Ilise and Yorena, much to their dismay, have no choice but to join forces to protect their kingdom. Will Ilise and Yorena be able to save their kingdom from certain doom? Or are they only pawns in a much bigger game than they could ever imagine?
