When Jimmy dies, possibly from too much red wine, the man's family, including his wife, has many questions. Uppermost is why Jimmy's will was changed two weeks before he died -- leaving everything to Catherine. Determined lawyer, Jack Adams, takes on Catherine as his client and faces an uphill battle of fighting the family. He manages to get her a generous settlement offer of millions, but despite his advice, Catherine isn't satisfied and pushes to go to trial instead. Even Jack doesn't understand why she would do that. Many secrets eventually come to light. Catherine turns out to be more malevolent than anyone had first suspected -- a truly dangerous mistress.
