About The Client A High Stakes Crime Thriller

Colin Taylor has it all, a loving family, money, and a successful career with Chicago investment firm, Acira Financial. But when a woman is found brutally murdered in her North Side apartment, his worry-free life is shattered and all clues lead back to him. His life takes an even more terrifying turn when he is confronted by a master criminal known as the Negotiator, the callous face of Chicago's underworld. Now, Colin risks losing everything that's dear to him, including his wife, Amy, and daughters, Gillian and Amber, unless he gives what is being demanded of him. But every choice has its consequences, and Colin soon finds that the stakes have never been higher as he hurries to save himself and his family before it's too late. What will Colin sacrifice to save the ones he loves? Full of the nail-biting suspense that characterized Alex Dean's previous books, THE CLIENT is an engrossing, page-turning story of murder, lust, money, and revenge.
