Inexperienced but eager to impress, Sam’s first 12 months on the mean and unpredictable streets of Kowloon have pushed him to his limits. After developing a Jonah-like reputation around the police station, Sam finds himself ricocheting from disaster to disaster as he faces constant challenges and ruthless criminals.
