Soon the learn that they are in a parallel universe where everything seems the same, but it is not only different but a hostile universe. To correct this anomaly kirk spock mccoy and a well rounded science team must travel 64 million years in earth's past to correct what went wrong. It is the jurassic period with many dangers, but soon they discover a species that is much too intelligent to be a coincidence.
