About RoomMate

Written by ChadO, RoomMate is a gripping psychological thriller spanning 396 pages of thrilling horror. This dark and twisted tale blurs the line between truth and fiction as ChadO weaves his personal traumas into the pages, bringing Charlet-a wealthy, successful Hollywood producer and deeply disturbed serial killer-to chilling life. By day, she's crafting horror films; by night, she's finding her "therapy" in the screams of her victims, sourced through roommate wanted ads. Charlet's obsessive tendencies and macabre rituals keep her "sane," but her world begins to unravel when missing children in her neighborhood draw the attention of Detectives Lask and Watson. As their investigation closes in, Charlet's perfectly controlled life threatens to spiral into chaos. Inspired by the writing styles of Stephen King, the cinematic twists of Quentin Tarantino, and the dark humor of Kevin Smith, ChadO delivers a novel that's directional, cinematic, and unapologetically audacious. Fans of psychological horror, serial killer stories, and shocking plot twists will find themselves utterly consumed by RoomMate. **BONUS MATERIAL** Also included is the author's 20 page foreword which tells the story of what inspired the book. This preliminary edition includes a URL granting access to the limited-edition PDF of the original screenplay, giving readers a glimpse into the story's cinematic origins. What secrets will Charlet reveal-or bury-when the detectives close in? And can she keep her dark world hidden? Read RoomMate and find out... if you dare.
