About Profiler
The international Book Excellence Awards has honored PROFILER as a 2021 Finalist in the thriller category. The book was recognized for high quality writing, design, and marketability.Welcome to the world of an FBI-trained profiler. Dr. Tom Jessup is a Las Vegas-based clinical psychologist with the ability to get in tune with a killer's mind. He's attempting to take a break at home to disengage from the mounting, dangerous mental images of his criminal cases. The process is far from easy. Soon, however, he's at work again profiling both a serial killer drawing national attention and a local murderer targeting former Marines. While police increase manpower on the serial killer case, Jessup realizes who the local killer might target next. It's one of his PTSD patients--a young Afghanistan War vet who served alongside both Marine victims. Complicating matters for Jessup are Detectives Chris Baxter and Julie Chang, and his tendency to fall in love a little too easily.
