In a London apartment, with time running out, Danek receives a call from an old adversary. Last time they met, Christian beat him senseless. He is a dangerous man but claims to have the answer.In a story rich in irony, Danek's quarry has managed to fall foul of criminals working from Spain. They are equally keen to catch up with the trader. Disaster looms when Danek suspects that he has been followed back to the UK. Why would they come after him? Whatever it is, they are willing to kill for it. With help from his friend Ralph, an ex-Scotland Yard detective, Danek takes on the biggest challenge of his career. It's not the kind of case you can just walk away from. In order to survive, he must solve the mystery of Permissive Ink.
