About People of the Storm

In despair since losing her mother, will superhuman powers embolden her to fight the darkness? Ella is trying to survive her depressing life by avoiding her life-of-the-freakin'-party aunt and cousin. She never imagined that finally submitting to one of her cousin's stupid outings could almost get her killed...or worse. When Ella wakes in the hospital able to read minds, she prays that's the worst of it. But it turns out there's a whole obscure world of powered people like her, and they're intent on dragging her into their little underground war. Now with dangerous people after her, she must decide if there's anything in this life worth dying for...or possibly, worth fighting for. Melt into a world of secret societies and superhuman powers with the first in a duology of sci-fi action-adventure thriller novels by HRB Collotzi, People of the Storm.
