About Payne's Limit: Thriller

Dr. Dan Payne's life was turned upside down when he was framed for the murder of a nine year old boy. His sentence, 20 years without parole at Walla Walla State Prison. After serving over two years he is transferred into the home incarceration program Aware of the home incarceration program Kar Newman see money. The sadistic tire store manager applies and is awarded a TICE , Transparent Inmate Confinement Enclosure. Karl expects his much younger wife , Willow to provide all the feeding and cleaning . But the prisoner he is assigned , isn't the stereotypical tattooed ruffian he expects. The computer assigns the inmates randomly and sent Karl a handsome 34 year old former doctor. A remote control device, operates the temperature, activates the feeding slot and as a special bonus, Karl keeps the silence button locked, so the prisoner wont speak to his wife. Muted, no one can hear Dan but he hears all. A flaw in the installation, connects Dan to the plumbing in the house, turning his personal washbasin into a speaker where he must endure the drams occurring in the home above him. To control the prisoner the remote device can induce pain and suffering and in the hands of Kar Newsom, Dan receives his hare. But his agony increase when Karl's 12 year old son Bradley secretly gets hold of the remote. Modeled after the witness protection program only the home incarceration program computer knows Payne's identity and the Newman's are sworn to secrecy. The man who framed Dan, oligarch, Yerik Molotov was the boys grandfather. Enraged that his spy cannot monitor the prisoner, he sends his soldiers to find and kill Payne and his keepers. Their wake of violence involves Washington State police Detectives, Katy Hope and Pete Regret, While hunting for the killers, the two set out to solve the murder's and as they zero in on the culprits they endeavor to find prof Dan was framed. More than his freedom, Dan mourns the loss of his pediatric practice and even more than that, helpless as he is in his cage, Dan struggles to protect Willow from Karl.
