About My Wife: a Slasher Dark Romance

And Then There Were None meets Harper's Island meets 90s classic Scream in this new slasher dark romance that's perfect for Halloween... Welcome to Halo Island. I swore I would never go back. After that tragic night when I was only seventeen... I moved halfway across the country with Clay to escape what happened on Halo Island. But then my husband died, and I was left a widow at twenty-two. I’ve spent the last five years doing everything I can to move on. That might have been a mistake. Tommy was Clay’s best friend--and my first love. I’ve found my second chance with him, so when he plans a weekend getaway with our friends on Halo Island, how can I refuse? I should have. One by one, they start to fall. There’s a masked killer on the island, and he’s turned all of us into prey. But when I’m caught, he doesn’t turn his knife on me. Instead, he pulls off his mask--and I can’t believe what I’m seeing, even as I see that familiar smirk... "Silly Cyn. You should've known better than to run from your husband." * My Wife is a single-POV dark romance that relies heavily on the slasher horror genre, includes open-door scenes, profanity, on-page death, and a HEA that is perfect for the characters... well, the ones that survive, that is.
