No one wants to work with Marrisa, but her bosses are telling her that Kevin is her problem now. As Kevin and Marrisa try to figure out how not to kill each other, they will be drawn into a world of danger and intrigue, where magic is the only way to survive. And as they navigate this treacherous new world, they will discover that there are other bounty hunters, including a fellow female hunter who has a thing for Kevin.
