About Knight's Bane A Fantasy Romance Story

"Me? Become a knight and fall in love with a beautiful vampire? If you say so." William was just a simple villager: milking cows, tending fields, and dodging his mother's wooden spoon. One night in the forbidden forest, he found himself fending off goblins with a shovel, fighting side by side with the damn prince! Next, he kneeled before the king of the realm. William had hoped for a monetary reward, not to be made a knight! But someone else was in the forbidden forest that night, witnessing his prowess with interest. In a manor, hidden in the forest, Lady Beatrice was tormented by her clanfamily. They mocked her solitude and her refusal to drink human blood. One fateful night away from them, Beatrice heard fighting. She soon wondered whom the oaf was bumbling through her forest, assaulting goblins and seeking witches for a fool's errand. Her clanfamily must not learn of the knight nor her new interest in him. And how would William complete his quest, despite its obvious hopelessness? They might help each other...
