About HAUNTINGLY SO
Eleanor Wilder is eight years old when she witnesses the inexplicable death of her mother Abby, hospitalized after a hit-and-run accident. Traumatized, the little girl becomes mute. Sixteen years go by. Despite her handicap, Eleanor, now a successful journalist working for a people’s magazine, begins to have doubts about her mother’s demise. Did Abby Wilder’s heart just give out like everyone thought? What exactly did happen that night of March 29th 2008? Convinced that her mother was murdered, Eleanor hires a private detective, Deven Montague, to help her find out the truth. Little by little, she begins to suspect each and every member of her family. Until the day she realizes that the murderer is only inches away. The only way she can find out the truth is to put herself in mortal danger. Will she succeed?
