A freshly minted federal bureau of investigation agent has stumbled upon a maniac leaving bodies throughout the city in 1964. The bodies have two distinct commonalities: the organs have been removed, and they have been hung up to suspend in the air. The press are all over the killings and the mafia may be involved but this brand-new agent is playing from behind and time is running out. With a partner who would rather this be passed on to the local police, and an ever-increasing body count, the killer is set-up to make 1964 the deadliest year on record.
