About Desert Magic: A Sapphic Urban Fantasy (Witches of Wiccanburg)

Evil Stalks This Arizona Town After losing her screenwriting job and catching her celebrity girlfriend cheating, Morgana Quinn flees LA for the dusty Arizona town she swore she’d never return to. But her homecoming takes a deadly turn when her best friend is murdered in what looks like a ritual sacrifice—and she’s top on the list of suspects. Desperate to prove her innocence, Morgana turns to her mothers’ coven for help, only to uncover a terrifying truth—the killer isn’t human. With the cops closing in, and the body count rising, Morgana and her friends must face their worst fears in an all-out showdown against dark magic and small town bigotry. From queer thriller author Dharma Kelleher comes a sapphic, witchy urban fantasy brimming with magic, suspense, and a touch of romance. Fans of Kim Harrison’s Hollows series and Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files will be enchanted with this spellbinding first installment of the Witches of Wiccanburg series.
