About the book
About Deadly Image
An Englishman dies in a nuclear war, but his body is preserved and he is resuscitated decades later. He wakes up in a new London, in which men and women live a life of leisure, their needs attended to by androids. He is welcomed into a world more modern and advanced than the one he previously knew. A beautiful woman appears by his side, the striking image of his wife, who died decades ago in the nuclear attack. She's an android, made to resemble a photo found in his clothes. She's to be his companion, his helpful guide and assistant. But she has another purpose -- to watch him.
