About Damen Briar
On September 13th, 2011, Damen Briar PhD., Psychologist and Head Counselor for the Juvenile Division of the Justice Department, was killed in one of the worst single vehicle devastations reported in Kentucky that year. Among those notified were people with whom Damen had had a special kinship. As Guidance Counselor, he worked both, a Private Practice and for the Juvenile Detention Centers. It fell upon his best friend, Mandi Arber, to send the letters. When four unconnected individuals each receive the message concerning Damen's demise, they are taken aback with memories of someone who had been more important to them than anyone else in their lives. And as the memories come, so grows the remembrance of a secret they hold. A secret so long past since acknowledgement; it has been virtually all but forgotten. But now, with the closing in of long lost memories, the once dark and disturbing matter is clawing its way back to the light of day. As the shedding of a psychotic nature comes to revelation, hearts are broken, and people die. And those deserving suffer the bloody and murderous wrath of one who's torment has snapped, while vengeance rips through flesh in search of justice.
