The novel reaches across the country and brings in a variety of characters show-cased in this drama from across the spectrum of daily lives. It involves the highly privileged, the talented, the beautiful people, and those looking for love and struggling to grasp the good life and those not so privileged. Some are tenacious players in the drama, desperate to do what it takes to make it in Vegas and many collide with roadblocks and realities of life. As the miles and days pass, opportunities and events open, come crashing down and doors close and give way before the view of a changed new future for GTTS and its people takes shape.
