About COLD GROUND: A Gritty Crime Thriller (A DCI Reece Thriller)

COLD GROUND is a fast-paced police procedural perfect for readers of JD Kirk, M.W. Craven, and Rhys Dylan. Is this a killer too clever to catch? DCI Reece is back at work following the case that almost cost him his life. Top brass are understandably anxious. When an American medical student is found dead near the city’s main hospital, it has all the hallmarks of a violent mugging gone a step too far. But when two nurses from the hospital suffer a similar fate in their own homes, Reece is drawn towards an unlikely suspect. Despite protests from above, the detective’s insistence to pursue his own line of enquiry puts him in the hot seat yet again. But he doesn’t give a damn what other people think of his methods. There’s a sadistic killer walking his patch and he won’t give in until he puts them behind bars. Dive into this gripping crime series and find out why readers are describing DCI Reece as “One of my favourite detectives, ever.”
