About City of Shadows: Part: 1

P.I. Betty K. Trodaire thought her old mob life was dead and buried, until a beautiful redhead came bursting through her doors begging for help to find her missing teenage son, who worked for a mysterious mobster known only as The Fox. This case drags Betty and her adopted siblings, Maria and Michael, back into the underbelly of 1920s Shadow City, where they are forced to face their past sins and their estranged adopted father, Pops, the king mobster of this God forsaken town. Who is The Fox, and how do they know the trio's deepest, darkest secrets? In City of Shadows, you'll find speakeasies, secret tunnels, fortune-tellers, violence, broken souls, and hints by words in red. This fast-paced, dark mystery thriller feels like being thrown into an old noir film, where the characters feel so real it's like they are standing right next to you. Dare you walk Shadow City's treacherous streets? If so, beware of The Fox and pray your soul doesn't break.
