About Camp Hero: Book Two: The Intersession

Nate, Tate, and Kate thought their summer session at Camp Crusader was challenging, but they couldn’t have been more wrong. Nothing could have prepared the newly trained superheroes for the brutal, high-stakes winter intersession run by the infamous Blackrock Academy. Alongside their friends, Logan and Anne, the trio is thrust into an unrelenting series of trials, each more grueling than the last. Will an epic, no-holds-barred game of capture the flag, battling an enormous ice Kraken with an appetite for destruction, or dealing with an out-of-control case of indigestion stop this unconventional group of heroes from uncovering Blackrock’s hidden agenda before it’s too late? As the camp session spirals into chaos, Nate, Tate, Kate, and their friends must summon every ounce of courage, skill, and teamwork they have left to confront challenges that will leave them questioning everything—and everyone—they thought they knew. It’s a battle unlike anything they could have imagined.
