About Batman: Detective Comics by Mariko Tamaki Omnibus

Eisner Award-winning writer Mariko Tamaki takes on the Dark Knight alongside all-star artists including Dan Mora and Ivan Reis, in this omnibus collection of her early 2020s run on Detective Comics! No mansion. No fortune. No Alfred. No stopping now! With anti-vigilante sentiment on the rise and a new age of villains sweeping Gotham, Bruce Wayne must rethink how to be Batman...or risk losing his city for good! As Huntress, Nightwing, and friends of old find their way back into the Dark Knight's life, so too will return old enemies. From Eisner Award-winning writer Mariko Tamaki (Roaming, Harley Quinn- Breaking Glass, Laura Dean Keeps Breaking Up with Me) with artists Dan Mora (Batman/Superman- World's Finest, Justice League Unlimited), Ivan Reis (Green Lantern; Superman), and more comes a new future. Who will Batman become when the tools he spent a lifetime relying on are taken away? In these stories, the Dark Knight has been framed for murder, and to make matters worse, this grisly deed seems to be connected to yet another emerging villainous force on the horizon. It's a rogues gallery explosion, and this time there's no mansion on the hill for Bruce Wayne to mount his counterattack from! Plus, Fear State grips Gotham City, and more. Batman- Detective Comics by Mariko Tamaki Omnibus collects her complete saga from Detective Comics #1027, #1034-1061, Detective Comics 2021 Annual #1, Batman- Secret Files- Huntress #1, and Future State- Dark Detective #1-4, along with Batman - One Bad Day- Two Face #1 and tales from Batman Secret Files #3 and Batman- Black and White #5.
