There is no main character in this book. More precisely, its idea is the main character. This was not decided by the author, but by the protagonists themselves. They were forced to do what they hated the most and they turned into what they were afraid of the most. The book took responsibility for their actions, but could it help? It could have been a common story about two friends dealing drugs to make money, if only they hadn't done it to save their humanity. They did it because they wanted to be good people. They committed crimes to atone for their sins. They were good, but they made the wrong choices because they were true. It was supposed to be a book about the healing of two souls, but it turned into a sacrafice.
