A highly functional autistic man with a compulsive passion for martial arts reminisces about the unexpected despair that slowly conquered what once was an existence full of joy and good will. As childhood nightmares about a humanoid giant Cockroach return, he finds himself unable to sleep, and by means of a random incident he starts using his martial arts knowledge to fight strangers to cope with the stress. It is during one of these encounters that he meets an enigmatic man named Mac. A more advanced Martial Artist himself, Mac becomes his mentor and introduces him to the world of underground fighting as a means to supplement his income to cover the expenses of his mother's treatments. Unbeknownst to him, his unexpected partnership with Mac drives him into a reality filled with continued angering madness. Ultimately, as his fury drives him away from everyone he loves but closer to reaching what he feels is a goal of necessity, every preceding important event suddenly connects in the most pivotal moment, forcing him to face a truth he should have always known.
