About All Yellow
Described as ‘a love letter to Northumberland’ this book follows the life of twenty year old Rani Weiss as she unravels family secrets. She had an idyllic childhood full of freedom to roam the moors near Rothbury. Her father, a German born psychologist spends time teaching his children and giving them a life without boundaries.Rani’s life changes when police arrive to inform her that her family are all dead, killed in a bizarre accident. Rani must now come to terms with her grief and cope without her family. In a letter addressed to her father she receives information making her question her very existence. She begins to realise that her fathers constant games and teachings may be connected to something entirely more sinister. As she looks into her heritage, questions and revelations unfold, some that take her to a time Germany would rather forget. But she comes to believe the answers are hidden behind high walls, in a part of Northumberland few have access to.
