About A Halloween to Remember: The Leeds Vampire (The West Yorkshire Crime Thrillers)

Lee Brook’s Homicide and Major Enquiry Team cases are lightning-quick, fast-paced, edge-of-your-seat novellas with action from the first page to the last. Designed to be read in one sitting—on the train, plane, or in the car—each one is a story-driven shot of entertainment from the West Yorkshire Crime Thrillers universe. This novella is designed to be read between novels ten and eleven. In the chilling depths of West Yorkshire, Detective Inspector George Beaumont has always trusted his instincts. But when a series of brutal murders blurs the lines between reality and the supernatural, he finds himself facing a sinister force unlike anything he's ever encountered. With each victim bearing the telltale signs of a vampire's bite, George embarks on a desperate hunt for answers, a quest that takes him to the darkest corners of his own nightmares. Haunted by eerie dreams and haunted memories, he must confront the unthinkable: a vampire is lurking among them, thirsting for blood and playing a deadly game. Each novella in the HMET Cases series ranges from 20k to 35k words.
