Science Fiction
Travels through time felt like a case where the short-story format helps and hinders at the same time.
The ideas come through cleanly. No padding, no long runway. But it also makes the whole thing feel a bit fragmented, which is probably the point and also the drawback. Time travel is one of those concepts that can survive almost any treatment, but I still want a little more connective tissue than this gives.
Useful reminder that “short” doesn’t automatically mean sharper.
